An efficient maritime industry that will facilitate the movement of commodities, products and people is a sign of development, and its good, safe and low cost increases its importance. Within the scope of the valuation of movable assets, the&nbsp;<strong>valuation of ships,<\/strong>&nbsp;which has an important place both in our country and in the world, is the valuation of all vehicles on the sea (Research Vessels, Oil-Gas, Floating Platforms, Ferries and Tankers, Commercial and Private Yachts etc.). It is a service that enables the creation of reports required for port management investments and shipyard works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The valuation processes of marine vessels consist of 2 stages, with the determination to be made at the first stage, the structural, mechanical and cosmetic status is subjected to a detailed examination, and in the second stage, the legal, financial and legal status of the marine vehicle is analyzed and reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MINIMUM WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN THE SHIP APPRAISAL?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ship's size, tonnage (evaluated as TEU, DWT, BHP or CBM)<\/li><li>Registration of ships own IMO number<\/li><li>Type of ship (evaluated among dry cargo, container, tanker, LPG, LNG etc.)<\/li><li>Class of the ship<\/li><li>Purpose of the ship<\/li><li>Age of the ship<\/li><li>The salient features of the ship (coating system, heating system, lifting force, engine power, pulling force, deck section features, gear wheel features, ice class features, etc.)<\/li><li>Checking the physical performance status of the ship and the certificates of these physical performances, if any<\/li><li>Flag state to which ships are subject, international maritime rules and class requirements in class surveillance<\/li><li>Examination of the legal documents of the ship, whether there is any pledge or arrest warrant.<\/li><li>Ship's AIS position<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW DOES THE SHIP APPRAISAL PROCESS PROCEED?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is first learned whether the ship subject to the report is subject to a legal sanction by consulting the port authority to which it is connected. This is because the procedure will work differently if the asset in question has a business pledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The general condition of the ship is handled down to the finest detail.
