According to this law; With the temporary article 16 added to the Zoning Law numbered 3194 in the Constitution, it has been tried to prepare for the disaster risks to be experienced, and within this scope, a record of the buildings that are unlicensed or that have a license contrary to the Zoning Law has been created and these structures have been included in the scope of zoning amnesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of the purpose we mentioned, applying to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csb.gov.tr\/\">Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and<\/a>&nbsp;the institutions to be authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for real estate structures created before 31.12.2017, fulfilling the conditions in the content of the amnesty issued and paying the registration fee for these transactions until 31.12.2018 The condition of receipt has been determined.
