T\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rlerde yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar \u00f6ncesinde, yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n tahmin edilebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131r. Fizibilite raporu<\/strong>, yap\u0131lacak bir i\u015fin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceden tespit edilebilmesi olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yap\u0131lacak i\u015fle ilgili maliyet hesaplamalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n, i\u015fletme politikas\u0131na uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilir. Yap\u0131lan bu de\u011ferlendirmeler rapor haline getirilir ve bu rapora, fizibilite denir. Fizibilite raporlar\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken, haz\u0131rlanan proje, teknik, hukuki ve ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan bilimsel olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n istenilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011furabilmesi ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli ama\u00e7lar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi gerekir. Amaca ula\u015fabilmek ve istenilen ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 yakalayabilmek i\u00e7in proje a\u015famas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131labilecek t\u00fcm olumsuzluklar \u00f6nceden \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fizibilite raporunun \u00f6nemi burada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm giri\u015fimciler, haz\u0131rlanan proje uygulamaya ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce \u00e7e\u015fitli fizibilite raporlar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyarlar. Sorulan her soruya verilen cevaplar\u0131n bir araya toplanmas\u0131, fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yap\u0131lacak her yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleri ile \u00f6nceden ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Fizibilite raporunun genel amac\u0131, giri\u015fimlerin ba\u015far\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Projenin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda, ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 engelleyecek \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bu olumsuzluklar\u0131n \u00f6nceden tespit edilebilmesi, sorunlar\u0131n olu\u015fmadan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
